GARDEN HOUSE PRCANJ MONTENEGRO
​
We purchased a landmark building on the bay of Kotor. We started the huge renovation process by refurbishing the little garden house in order to have a base to stay while overseeing the works of the main house. We made the most out of the available space by inserting two floors and an open bed platform under the pitch of the roof. We ended up with a full size kitchen/breakfast area, a shower room, a charming living space and an invisible bed area.
